· Emulsion Breakers Proprietary products of different intermediates are specially formulated to resolve the oil-in-water emulsion based on the operations requirements and the performance criteria set by each customer. · Scale Inhibitors Different products of different chemistries are available in ACPA portfolio to enable proper selection of the most cost effective one to prevent the deposition of the scaling minerals from oilfield brines, and cooling and boilers' feed waters. · Corrosion Inhibitors The range of corrosion inhibitors allows for selecting of the most proper product to design good treatment programs, considering the aggresivity of each brine in addition to the environmental and operating conditions. · Pour Point Depressants In spite the full range of pour point depressants in ACPA portfolio that enables to deal with different waxy crude oils, ACPA research and developments are continued to get the leadership in the region for supplying this kind of products standing on the unlimited acquired experience in typical additives for lubricants. · Biocides ACPA is having a broad spectrum of microbiocides which allows to control the growth of detrimental microorganisms in oilfields and cooling and boilers’ feed waters. The proper application of selective chemistries will enable to manage the required effective treatment programs and mitigate the related problems, and hence minimize its impact on the affected operation systems. · Sludge Removal A range of products which are acting differently based on the nature of sludge and the affected equipment, which cover the following characteristics:| - Powerful emulsifiers for removal of sludge from crude oil storage tanks and powerful detergent emulsifier containing surface active agents |
| - Removal of soiling caused by oil, grease, tar, bitumen, silicone deposits found on any metallic surface, in particular pipelines and systems, exchangers, storage tanks |
| - Solvents for cleaning the vessels and lines from petroleum materials |
| - Powerful detergent containing long chain polymer used for reducing friction |
| - Reducing operating pressures and increased flow of crude oil through the pipeline. |
· Scavengers The group of products includes mainly two types of products - Oxygen Scavengers Different chemistries which are acting to remove oxygen from the system to the acceptable levels - H2S Scavengers Cost effective products of different chemistries which allow for reduction H2S concentrations to safe limits for operations · Oil Spill Dispersant Very effective oil soluble and water soluble products are available within ACPA portfolio, which are biodegradable. These products are certified for both efficiency and toxicity level. · Drilling Fluids
ACPA portfolio includes all types of drilling chemicals, including water based mud engineering chemicals, oil base mud engineering chemicals, workover and completions fluids chemicals.
