Blending

Alexandria Company for Petroleum Additives, ACPA, is an Egyptian Joint Stock Company founded in 1999. It is a fast growing company in the field of petroleum additives.

It has been established to mainly produce chemicals required for oilfields and refineries, fuel and lubricant additives and water treatment chemicals for process industries.

ACPA primary objectives are to satisfy the needs of both local market and the international one, especially in the Middle East and North Africa, while its products are environmentally friendly.

As the first phase, it is planned to start up the Plant with blending and diluting the concentrated intermediates to get the final products as per the set specifications.

The blending and diluting unites are automatically operated thru a control system which enables to operate each unit in a separate mode. The total Plant production based on these units is as follows:

Chemical Reactor

At the second stage, it is aimed to produce the basic components of some of the different petroleum additives from different resources in the local and regional markets. A number of reactors will be added stepwise to achieve this target as far as their feasibility is verified with the growth of the Plant production.
